Realistically speaking, this can include any number of spirits, and not just those from Mexican or Colombian origin. In this section, Great Spirits is referring to the diverse selection of Spanish, Colombian, Mexican and various ethnic spirits. This includes Aguardiente itself along with Cachaca.
